By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Use of Services

- Denti360 is designed for dental clinics and professionals to manage patient records, appointments, and financials.
- You may not use our services for illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activities.
1.3 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of Denti360 without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, attempt to hack, or misuse the platform.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data.
2. Account Registration & Security
2.1 Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2.2 User Data Accuracy
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up for Denti360.
- We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect user-provided information.
3. Subscription & Payment
3.1 Pricing & Plans
- Denti360 offers three subscription plans with different pricing and features.
- The subscription is billed annually, and fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime, but refunds will not be provided for unused time.
3.3 Failure to Pay
- If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.
4. Data Ownership & Security
4.1 User Data Ownership
- You own all data entered into Denti360 related to your clinic and patients.
- We do not claim ownership over your clinic's data.
4.2 Data Security
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
- However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against cyber threats.
4.3 Data Backup & Loss
- Denti360 backs up data regularly to prevent accidental loss.
- We are not liable for data loss due to system failures, hacking, or unauthorized access.
5. Termination of Services
5.1 By User
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided.
5.2 By Denti360

- Violate these T&C.
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Fail to make payment for the subscription.

If your account is terminated due to misuse or policy violations, you will not be eligible for refunds.
6. Limitation of Liability

- Business losses, revenue decline, or system downtime.
- Loss of patient or clinic data due to user errors.
- Any damage caused by third-party integrations or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

- Denti360 may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for scheduling).
- We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or any issues caused by third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
- All logos, trademarks, software, and website content belong to Denti360.
- You cannot use, copy, or modify our brand assets without permission.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- We may update these T&C from time to time.
- Any changes will be notified on our website, and continued use after updates constitutes agreement.
